Philosophy

At BK MindSpring, we strongly believe in using evidence-based methods for assessment and intervention. Our team of clinicians have received extensive training in both scientifically validated diagnostic measures as well as therapeutic techniques proven successful in randomized controlled trials. This research-heavy approach greatly increases accuracy in diagnosis and maximizes treatment outcomes. When possible, we even partner with ongoing research studies to stay apprised of and contribute to advances in the field!

Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. I'm glad I'm working on how to better learn in school and deal with my emotions.*
